1. Who We Are
Al Rahming Photography (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a sole proprietorship based in Nassau, Bahamas. We provide photography, videography and design services through alrahming.com.

We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 13. If that ever happens, email us and we’ll erase it right away.

Brevo acts as our “data processor” and may only use your info to send the emails we authorise. We have a written contract in place that includes EU Standard Contractual Clauses for any transfers outside the EU.
No one else—no ad networks, analytics platforms, payment companies or social-media pixels—gets your data from this website.
5. Cookies
Our site runs without non-essential cookies. The only cookies in play are:

A session cookie set by WordPress so the site itself works.

A small technical cookie Brevo uses to make sure the sign-up form loads.
Neither cookie tracks you across other sites or profiles you for ads. Your browser will clear them automatically when they expire (usually when you close it).
6. Keeping Your Data Safe
We protect your info with HTTPS encryption, a web-application firewall and limited-access log-ins. No system is 100 % foolproof, but we follow industry best practice to keep risk low.
7. How Long We Keep It

Mailing-list details: until you unsubscribe, bounce, or we clean inactive addresses (at least once a year).

Enquiry emails: three years, then securely deleted.
